Many locations are within half a mile of walking distance, others much closer. It is necessary to have a reasonable level of fitness and mobility.
Excluded
Overnight stays, lunches, dinners, breakfasts, and insurance are not included in the price.
Participation in the workshop is solely the responsibility of the participant. Accident policy insurance and completion of a CTP Workshop Liability Waiver are required to participate in any workshop or tour.

First Day Schedule
12.30 Meeting in Piazza della Libertà in San Quirico d’Orcia, Siena.
13.00 Lunch at Officina del Gusto in San Quirico d’Orcia.
14.00 Initial briefing.
15.30 Departure evening photo session at the site of the famous ‘Cipressi‘ di San Quirico d’Orcia.
20.00 Dinner at the Antica Trattoria Osenna in San Quirico d’Orcia.
Second Day Schedule
05.00-10.00 Sunrise photo session in one of Val d’Orcia’s most evocative locations such as Belvedere, Poggio Covili, or Terrapille based on atmospheric conditions and the location of fog in the valleys.
Leaving promptly at 05.00 guarantees sufficient time to arrive safely. Work methodically through your set-up procedure, consider your compositional options, and take full advantage of the available light.
11.30 Image analysis and post-production advice.
16.00 Briefing and departure for the evening photo session.
20.00 Dinner at a Trattoria in San Quirico d’Orcia.
3rd – 5th Day Schedule
05.00-10.00 Sunrise photo session in one of Val d’Orcia’s most evocative locations based on atmospheric conditions and the location of fog in the valleys.
Leaving promptly at 05.00 guarantees sufficient time to arrive safely. Work methodically through your set-up procedure, consider your compositional options, and take full advantage of the available light.
After shooting, you have enough free time to visit the beautiful local villages of Pienza, San Quirico, Bagno Vignoni, and Montalcino in full autonomy.

16.00 Briefing and Departure for the evening photo session.
20.00 Dinner at a trattoria in San Quirico d’Orcia.
Sixth Day Schedule

Sunglasses, hat or umbrella, and sunscreen are recommended.
Gloves, headlamp or torch, comfortable walking boots and indoor shoes. International plug adapters and mosquito repellent.
Our photography sessions will take place throughout sunrise and sunset, so dress warmly against the cool wind and any rain.
